Highly recommend Carlos. He made the process SO easy! Within a day Carlos contacted my insurance company, filed the claim, and ordered parts. Next morning he came to my house at 9am installed right in the driveway! Couldn’t have been a simpler process. Highly professional, reliable, and quick service. Windshield looks great. Came in from out of town to visit family and got a rock chip crack my windshield on the highway. Unfortunately large enough crack that needed to be replaced (and recalibrated). Carlos immediately put me onto his schedule, fixed my windshield that same day in 1.5 hours (including recalibrating) and charged me less than what the insurance-related glass shops quoted me for. Even saved my inspection stickers and EZ pass for the new window! Fantastic service, definitely recommend!
